Enterprise Architect in Milano

We are looking for a broad principal Enterprise Architect, covering E2E architecture across our Departments.
The Architect will have a broad knowledge of enterprise architecture implementation and evolution for complex E2E architectures being deep in some areas and deliver a solution supporting business requirements in a cost-effective way. The ability to learn quickly and adapt are key to this role. 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication with at least 5 years of applicable experience in Enterprise Architecture definition and deployment in a large-scale Telco company;
• Experience of producing business cases, gaining approval from senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery of business benefits;
• Experience of developing long term roadmaps linked to business outcomes;
• Excellent communication skills, must be able to interact with and influence people at all levels;
• Experience of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks including TOGAF, and their relevance to the practice of Enterprise Architecture. TOGAF certification not essential but preferred;
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English.

• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for the deployment of the Sky Architecture;
• Driving a business capability, complexity, cost, risk and maturity assessment of the current state architecture to meet business requirements;
• Developing and maintaining realizable capability based roadmaps year horizon;
• Supporting the selection of any IT vendors, suppliers and partners and managing the practice of architecture through these parties;
• Promoting, evangelizing and agreeing the E2E architecture strategy across all teams and ensuring there is consensus and understanding across the business;
• Collaborating and specifying the Sky vision, goals, opportunities and related activities and maximize the business benefits of Enterprise Architecture initiatives covering all lines of business and all key customer journeys;
• Ensuring Sky remains compliant to Legal, Regulatory, Privacy and Security requirements;
• Responsible within E2E domain for consistency to enterprise level standards, best practice and development of patterns/policies for re-use;
Ensure architecture deliverables are fit for purpose and provide an effective and timely tool to guide downstream decisions;
• Maintaining an up-to-date enterprise continuum and actively contribute in building architecture artifactss.
